At any time you are no longer satisfied with our online scheduling software , you may cancel the service any time.  We ask as a courtesy to our company that you provide us with a 30 day written notice before withdrawing from the service.  We hope that you will be very satisfied with our scheduling software and if there is a problem please contacts us so that we may try to resolve it.  If you need to terminate your agreement with us, we will gladly at your request, provide you with a file with all your data on it within thirty days from the date of termination.

We Offer Call Centers & Answering Services: Scheduling Software

Running a call center takes many people and lots of training.  One important aspect of a call center is also having a pool of people with great talent and both organizational and telephone etiquette.  We know how important these two skills are when dealing with clients and so we offer to our clients a Call Center reseller program.  There are two programs to choose from, the first is called Express Way Program with our online scheduling software.  With our Express Way Program we will bill your clients at the standard rates.  In addition, we will assign you a dedicated person to work with you through the procedures.  Lastly, we will support your clients by answering support or setup questions while they are becoming familiar with the scheduling software.
